Here are 5 yoga asanas to make hair grow faster and thicker

1. Downward dog pose

This beautiful pose will strengthen your arms and legs. This easy opens your sides and lunges. By doing this asana, an increase of oxygen in the whole system can be achieved. Gravity increases blood flow to the brain. The flow of oxygen-rich blood to the brain strengthens the hair follicles and helps hair grow faster.

It can have a positive effect on the scalp. It improves the blood circulation of the scalp. The pituitary gland in the brain, also known as the master gland, controls many bodily functions such as metabolism, growth, and sexual maturation. This master gland will also benefit from the increased blood flow to the brain during Downward Dog pose. It can have a positive effect on hormonal imbalance. This in turn can affect hair growth in a positive way.

2. Balasana (Child pose)

Balasana is a rejuvenating pose. It has a positive effect on the ankles and hips and stretches the entire back beautifully. Child’s pose can relax our mind.

5 drops of Roman chamomile
5 drops of bergamot
