  • a glass of water
  • honey (optional)
Method :
  • Dry the pomegranate peel by keeping it in the sun.

  • Let the water cool down a bit (hot enough to drink) and then consume it.

  • peels of two to three pomegranates
  • Rose water
Method :
  • Dry the peels of pomegranate in the sun. Keep in mind that there should not be any moisture left in them.
  • After drying thoroughly, put the peels in a blender to make a powder.
  • Take out two to three spoons of powder in a small bowl and make a paste by adding rose water as required.
  • Apply this paste on the face and leave it for 15-20 minutes.
  • Finally, wash your face with cold water and apply moisturizer.

You can repeat this experiment twice a week.

You can use pomegranate peel for hair in the way mentioned below.

  • peel of a pomegranate
  • coconut/olive oil
Method :
  • Make powder of pomegranate peels by the method mentioned above.
  • Mix about half a teaspoon of powder in a bowl of oil and make the oil lukewarm.
  • Now massage your hair with this lukewarm oil for about 20-25 minutes.
  • After massaging, leave the oil in the hair for 25 minutes.

Note: Before consuming pomegranate peel, keep in mind that remove the yellow part present in pomegranate peel. This is because the inner skin of the rind, which is the yellow part, is bitter. However, if pomegranate peel powder is being used only for application on the skin and hair, it can be used.
