  • Water – 3 tsp
  • Ghee – ½ cup 
  • Cashews, walnuts and raisins (chopped) – ½ cup

Method :

  • First of all, add 1-2 tbsp ghee in the pan. Now roast the chopped nuts and raisins in it till they turn light brown. 
  • Remove the fried nuts from the pan and add the cherries. Cook the cherries till they become soft. 
  • Now add sugar to it and keep stirring after a while. While cooking, crush the cherries with a ladle and cook well. 
  • Now mix cornstarch in some water and pour it into the pan. Keep stirring it continuously till it becomes slightly thick.
