  1. Blueberry Pan Cake


  • Organic Rolled Oats – 1/2 cup 
  • Salt – 1 pinch 
  • Honey – 2 tsp 
  • Baking powder – 1/2 tsp 
  • Egg – 1 
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp 
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp (optional)
  • Milk – 2 tbsp 
  • Extra virgin olive oil or melted butter – 1 tbsp

  • Blueberries (if not in season use frozen blueberries) – ½ cup 
  • Maple syrup – 1 tsp (optional)


  • First of all, heat the pan. 
  • Now blend oats, honey and baking powder together. Then add egg, vanilla, lemon juice, milk, melted butter or extra virgin olive oil and blend for about 30 seconds. 
  • Now keep the batter aside for about 10 minutes. 
  • Now pour the batter in the griddle and let it cook till it turns light brown. 
  • For topping in this, first you microwave the blueberries for a minute and add maple syrup to it and stir. 
  • Finally, pour the maple syrup and blueberry mixture over the pancakes.

2. Blueberry and Almond Smoothie


  • Unsweetened soy milk – ¾ cup 
  • Blueberries (use frozen blueberries if not in season) – ¾ cup 
  • Almonds (soaked and peeled) – 4-5 
  • Honey – 1 tsp
