How to make almond pudding

Ingredients for Almond Pudding
- 1 bowl almonds
- 3-4 cardamom ground
- 1 bowl sugar
- 50 grams desi ghee
- 1 cup milk
- saffron soaked in milk
How to make Almond Halwa
- Firstly, we will soak the almonds for 5-6 hours so that the skin of the almonds comes off.
- If you do not have that much time, then boil water in a utensil and put almonds in it.
- This will remove the peels of almonds.
- First of all, we will take a mixer jar and put almonds in it.
- We will also put milk in this jar .
- We can also put khoya in it.
- This will enhance the taste of halwa even more.
- Now we will grind both these things.
- This mixture has to be grinded finely.
- Now we will take a pan and put 25 grams i.e. half ghee in it.
- Will heat the ghee by keeping the gas on medium.
- We will add the rest little by little later.
- We will put the almond paste (mixture) we made in ghee.
- Keep the gas medium.
- We will mix this paste well.
- We will cook it for 3-4 minutes.
- After cooking for 3-4 minutes, we will add sugar to it.
- Adding sugar will make it watery.
Almond ka Halwa Recipe
- In this we will add saffron soaked in milk.
- This gives a very beautiful color to the halwa.
- If you want to put it, you can put it.
- We will cook this mixture on medium flame only.
- Now we have to make it while stirring continuously because if we leave it, it will start sticking to the pan.
- Due to this, the test of halwa can also be spoiled.
- We will put one big spoon of ghee in this mixture from the ghee we had saved.
- Let us cook this halwa until the halwa starts leaving the pan.
- Keep stirring the halwa continuously.
- Take care that the halwa should not fall down.
- Keep the gas medium.
- Put the rest of the remaining ghee in it.
- After 10-12 minutes our halwa will start leaving the pan.
- Now we will put cardamom powder in it.
- Now this mixture has to be kept stirring fast because the pan is very hot now.
- After 13-14 minutes our halwa will be completely ready.
How to serve Halwa
- Cool the halwa and take it out in a beautiful plate.
- Put finely chopped almonds on the halwa.
- If you want, you can also put saffron on it.
- Adding saffron will enhance the beauty of the halwa.
- You must also keep two cashews in between the chopped almonds.
- Decorate the halwa in this way and serve it on the table.
