first day

  • Breakfast – One bowl of vegetable upma and one teaspoon of chironji in a glass of milk.  
  • Mid morning – A bowl of seasonal fruit, sprinkle cinnamon powder on it
  • Lunch – 2 whole wheat roti, soya masala curry and mint chutney
  • Snacks – a bowl of sprouts 
  • Dinner – Sweet potato cheese wrap and mint chutney

second day

  • Breakfast – A paneer and vegetable sandwich
  • Mid Morning – Roasted Poha with Peanuts
  • Lunch – Paneer Mix Vegetable, Paratha and Arhar Dal
  • Snacks – a bowl of boiled paneer or sweet corn
  • Dinner – Soya Masala Pulao

day 3

  • Breakfast – 2 dal dosa with green chutney
  • Mid morning – Boiled potatoes with black pepper powder
  • Lunch – Wheat roti, a bowl of sprouts and salad
  • Snacks- Banana and Date Shake
  • Dinner – One bowl of Rubbed Patties

fourth day

  • Breakfast- A bowl of potato-peas poha and 1 glass of milk
  • Mid Morning – Almond Shake
  • Lunch – Potato – fenugreek paratha and a bowl of porridge
  • Snacks- Almond powder and ground puffed rice in a glass of milk
  • Dinner – Rajma tikki roll and 1 tbsp avocado dip

fifth day 

  • Breakfast- Paneer mix veg tikki with mint chutney 
  • Mid morning – a glass of almond milk or apricot shake
  • Lunch – One bowl mixed vegetable curry and Chole Pulao
  • Snacks – 4 muthias with a glass of milk
  • Dinner – 2 spinach masala dosa and 1 bowl curry of drumstick leaves

day six

  • Breakfast – One bowl of oats porridge and dry fruits
  • Mid morning – a glass of mango and almond smoothie
  • Lunch – 2 wheat rotis with potato-peas curry
  • Snacks- One bowl of vegetable and peanut bhel
  • Dinner – Paneer curry, grilled sandwich and mint chutney

seventh day

  • Breakfast- One Cucumber Rajgira Singhada Thalipeeth and curd 
  • Mid morning – 1 bowl vermicelli
  • Lunch – 1 bowl soya masala, 2 spinach parathas
  • Snacks – a glass of mix dry fruits shake
  • Dinner – One bowl cumin rice and lentils
